Tiffany Tosh A REFUGE Group managing partner, Tiffany joined us from Gulf Publishing Company, where she served as Senior Marketing Director before being promoted to Digital Media Director. During her tenure at Gulf Publishing Company, Tiffany received several Crystal Awards from the American Marketing Association, including the coveted Maverick Award, and numerous American Graphic Design Awards. Tiffany has a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston. She also received a Level Two Spanish Certification from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and studied art history and literature at the Santa Chiara Study Center in Italy. Tiffany began her post college career in Buenos Aires working for Gulf Oil Argentina SA before returning to Houston to begin her career in marketing. In 2002, she started at PennWell; where she was quickly promoted to Digital Media Manager for the Petroleum Group. In 2004, she moved to Atlantic Communications where she served as Sales & Marketing Director, as well as the Director of the Offshore Engineer Conferences & Events (OECE) division. She joined Gulf Publishing Company in 2007.

Mark Harris. A REFUGE Group managing partner, Mark was formerly founder and principal of Harris Hernandez Advertising in Houston, a full-service advertising agency that specialized in business-to-business and retail sector accounts. With more than thirty years of experience in national, regional and local marketplaces, Mark has had continued success in providing his clients with comprehensive marketing thorough strategic planning, brand development, media evaluation and selection, advertising campaign development, and public relations and promotion. Widely known for being highly professional and a creative thinker, Mark has been recognized with numerous awards for his creativity and marketing prowess, including Crystal Awards from the American Marketing Association, Art Director’s Club Awards and Addys from the American Advertising Federation.
