Payment Terms

Clients are billed based on the agreed proposal or contract. Payment may be required upfront or in installments depending on the project type. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

REFUGE reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials, access credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing such materials may extend project timelines. REFUGE is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or late client inputs.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the course of the project. REFUGE will handle client data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Personal or business data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

REFUGE Marketing & Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [X] days’ written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Texas. Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before pursuing legal remedies.
