Client Success Specialist - REFUGE Marketing & Consulting Houston, Texas (Primarily Remote)

About The Role
We're seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for our retainer clients, promoting account retention and providing exceptional customer support.
About You:
- Previous experience in B2B customer service, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and motivated to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts at different stages
- Excellent communication skills, both 1:1 and in larger settings
- Proactive communicator, both with clients and internally, ensuring clear and timely information exchange
- Quick learner with a thirst for knowledge, adept at absorbing new information and applying it effectively
- Data-driven, using analytics to inform decision-making
- Passionate about delivering high levels of service with a positive attitude
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients based on trust and transparency.
- Always keep your pulse on an account's health and be proactive in assessing and creating value for it.
- Develop comprehensive customer journeys tailored to diverse personas, ensuring each step enhances customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making, enhance customer experiences, and optimize outcomes.
- Serve as the advocate for customer needs and preferences within the organization.
- Represent REFUGE Marketing & Consulting at key industry events and networking opportunities, as directed by senior leadership.
- Proactively research and recommend innovative strategies, software solutions, and concepts to enhance customer service excellence and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proactively evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for the team to adapt and support the success of the customer success department. Embrace a culture of innovation, bringing forward new ideas that contribute to the team's growth and development
Work Flexibility:
- We’re a virtual agency with a small physical office and access to a conference room for meetings. However, there is no required in-office schedule, and you can work from home (or the coffee shop, or a beach, or anywhere else that has Wi-Fi).
- This is a primarily remote position, but the employee must be located in Houston, Texas.
- The position requires in-person meetings with clients and stakeholders as well as attending industry and community events on behalf of REFUGE.
- Paid time off includes 10 holidays and, after three months of employment, 10 days of vacation.
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this role is $40,000 to $60,000 plus bonuses. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level, while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
